I made an order for a photo book online and then I noticed I left out a picture of someone important...Bay Photo stepped in and canceled my order, allowing me to make changes and place a new one. This was super helpful since I'm sending the book straight to someone, and I'm really glad I could add everyone in it. Awesome customer support, much appreciated!

"Customer Service is Awesome!!"
I hadn’t been on my backend page for a couple of months and completely forgot how to navigate it! I requested a phone call for help and got an appointment in less than a day. The person who assisted me was incredibly patient and offered great suggestions! She took her time to set up what I required and made sure I understood everything. I’m really happy I added this art store to my forever website since I’m not very tech-savvy, and the support is just fantastic!!

Art Storefronts has been the most impressive platform I've ever used! Their coaching and support are top-notch, folks! Nothing else even comes close to what Art Storefronts offers! These people genuinely care about your journey and how you feel about it! If I could, I’d give them 6 stars!
Here’s why I’m so impressed:
- When I reached out, someone got back to me right away with all the info I needed about their platform—no pressure at all! You could tell he was really proud of what they offer.
- They provide different levels and even a discount when you sign up.
- I decided to go with a 1:1 coach because I’m not the most tech-savvy person (and let me tell you, this guy was amazing—super knowledgeable and patient with all my questions).
- They really listened to what I wanted and incorporated my ideas into my website!
- Their professional feedback was fantastic, and it felt like a real collaborative effort!

"Jason's Sales Tactics Were Overbearing"
Jason's approach was just too intense for my liking. I had already informed him and a chat representative that I would reach out later, but he called me back regardless while I was tied up. He didn’t pay attention and jumped right into promoting your offer. All I needed was the price, and I had to ask him three times before he finally responded. Honestly, he was the most frustrating salesperson I've dealt with, and because of that, Art Storefront is no longer on my radar.

"Disappointing Marketing Strategy"
The website itself is alright: looks clean and professional, but the cost is just way too high. The marketing aspect—their supposed plan to promote you and assist in growth—simply doesn’t deliver. I didn’t gain a single new follower after nearly a year. On my own, I can attract followers, but it takes time. They don’t offer anything beyond what we already know works: consistent artwork shared regularly. Their marketing posts were frustrating, outdated, and often riddled with grammar errors and poor taste. I signed up because I was short on time, but I essentially wasted my cash with ASF handling my marketing. The team is super nice, but the outcomes are just terrible. I’d suggest handling things yourself to save some bucks. If you’re clueless about building a website, then maybe this could be useful for you. But honestly, I paid them to do it and ended up doing or fixing 95% of the work myself. I really regret signing up with them.

"I was feeling pretty cranky when I found out…"
I was feeling pretty cranky when I found out that the gift order wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. (Totally the supplier's issue, not ASF's). But ASF looked into it, got back to me fast, and handled the situation. They always get it right. I'm still pleased with how they respond. (This probably won't be the first or last hiccup, but overall, they have the best customer service I've ever encountered.) Thanks!
